So, when Kenner released that Iconic Knight 2000 Voice car and that standard 5 POA action figure, I’m sure every fan wanted one. Well speaking from personal experience because I just had to have it.

There have been plenty of K.I.T.T. cars made throughout the years including the 2006 Joyride, Diamond Select and Mattel versions in 2013 and Jada Toys in 2019.
So, it says a lot about Nostalgia that the Iconic car is making its comeback in 2026 and 2027. So far, we’ve seen a Transformers crossover, Playmobile playset, model kits (no play on words) and a few higher-level detailed versions.
TOMY recently pre-sold their 1/10 scale car that appeared to have all the bells and whistles but lacks any semblance of a Michael Knight action figure to go along with that iconic vehicle. The car can drive itself, but its scale is slightly off the popular 6-inch action figure.

Jazzinc along with Factory entertainment has a 1/6 scale version that is just as decked out and pre-sold two additional versions signed by William Daniels or David Hasselhoff. Still no action figure was promoted to go along with that vehicle either. Considering Factory Entertainment has been releasing 1/6 scale figures, one could be coming.

Then here comes Ramen Toy! These are the folks that came in with the Ramen Racer when the Engine of vengeance didn’t fund proving that a quality 1/12 scale action figure vehicle could be affordable. They followed up with tanks and of course a van that has so many opportunities from making a custom Punisher van, or a vehicle for the A-Team or anything you can imagine.
Collaborating with Factory Entertainment, Ramen Toy recently revealed their own Knight Industries Two Thousand vehicle in a 1/12 scale! They didn’t stop there, they also revealed a 6-inch scaled Michael Knight action figure to go along with it!

KITT will have remote control to activate the lights and sounds, and conversion mode! That’s right this vehicle will transform into the Super Pursuit Mode. It will have front wheel steering, suspension, a realistic interior with light up display. KITT will talk! Light up headlights, fog lights and brake lights. The headlights will open and close, and the license plate will rotate.

Did I mention that this set included the Michael Knight action figure in the 6-inch scale? That’s right and action figure that will include 24 points of articulation. Ramen Toy has already proven the quality of workmanship with their Aces of Aviation action figures, so there no question about the quality.

Following Ramen Toy on social media is the best way to get information, like their recent post explaining how what these photos are is the prototype, and that slight changes will be made as production continues. That said they already announced that the face sculpt for Michael Knight will continue to be tweaked to get the best resemblance before release.
Stay Tuned, because pre-orders open in June. If you in the US and can make it to JoeFest or San Diego Comic Con you’ll be able to catch these prototypes in person!

Happy collecting, and have a fantastic day!
